These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the game FateZ: Zombie Survival (“Game”, “Application”), developed and operated by SRBunker (“Developer”, “we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game.
By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Some features may require creating or using a user account.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account information accurate,
   
• maintaining the security of your account,
   
• all activity that occurs under your account.
   

The Developer is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• modifying or reverse-engineering the Game client,

No compensation is provided for banned or terminated accounts.

The Developer makes no warranties regarding:

• error-free operation,
   
• server availability,
   
• data preservation or game progress.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

• loss of data or progress,
   
• service interruptions,
   
• bugs or glitches,
   
• damages resulting from use or inability to use the Game.
   

The Developer may:

• update, modify, or remove features,
   
• temporarily or permanently discontinue the Game or services,

Continued use of the Game after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
