By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to:

• audio,

• and all other content, 

are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
